background

Despite the economic climate that has challenged many in the industry, Belkins has demonstrated resilience and strategic savvy, growing by 25% in 2023. This growth has propelled the company to the 20th position among 135 companies on the Inc. 5000 Regionals: Mid-Atlantic list, a notable rise from No. 35 the previous year.

Belkins' growth strategy is a sign of steady advancement in a time when many faced setbacks and is rooted in 2 key approaches.

First, we have elaborated upon a customer-obsessed culture that consistently aims to overdeliver.

“Clients aren’t looking for average — they demand high-performers, and that’s what we bring to the table. Our promise is our bond, and we never commit unless we’re certain we can exceed expectations. Being the BEST is a choice, not a given. Every day, we make that choice, striving to go the extra mile for each client to reaffirm our status as the best in the industry. Our team's unwavering dedication to our clients' success is what truly sets us apart,” says Vladyslav Podoliako, Founder and CEO at Belkins.

Second, a dynamic presence in the marketplace. Investing robustly in marketing and promotional activities across a variety of channels — from organic to social and review platforms — Belkins has distinguished itself as an industry expert. By prioritizing the needs of the client and maintaining a robust marketing footprint, we have not only navigated through the recession but have also paved the way for future growth.

The mid-Atlantic list highlights the outstanding achievements of companies that contribute significantly to their economies. Between 2019 and 2021, the 135 private companies listed had an average growth rate of 154.26%. By 2023, they had collectively added 14,110 jobs and $5.2 billion into the mid-Atlantic economy, underscoring the vital role these businesses play in fostering innovation and employment.

The honorees in our Inc. 5000 network are the Who’s Who of private companies. They’re energizing regional economies as they engineer the future of their industries. Learn who they are and what they do — they’ll be impacting things for a while,” said Eric Hagerman, Special Projects Editor at Inc. Media.
